Wastewater treatment plant design
Wastewater treatment plants, groundwater and industrial processing water treatment.
Water is a precious resource that must be protected and used rationally: especially in the industrial sector, stringent regulations on wastewater treatment require that wastewater, groundwater and industrial process water be treated, regenerated, reused and finally discharged in compliance with the established limits.
Over the years, ECOTEC has conceived, designed and patented numerous processes for wastewater treatment, groundwater treatment and process water treatment, based on specific customer problems.
Design of selenium and other elements removal plants
The main issues concern the elimination of hydrocarbons and metals (selenium, lead, zinc, cadmium), ammonia, the removal of organic compounds (Benzene, Toluene, Styrene, Ethylbenzene, Mtbe) and sulphur compounds.
Ecotec's wastewater treatment plants
Ecotec has designed, built and operated numerous groundwater treatment, wastewater treatment and industrial process water treatment plants, including for example in 1994 the first installation in Italy of a groundwater treatment plant (TAF), with ozone and hydrogen peroxide, at the Sannazzaro de' Burgondi refinery (400 m3/h), in 2012 the construction, in 2012 the construction, start-up and management of the Waste Water Reuse (WWR) treatment plant at the ENI refinery in Livorno (120 m3/h), in 2013 the construction and start-up of the process water treatment plant for selenium removal, called "Luna", at the Portovesme srl plant in Portoscuso (20 m3/h).
REQUEST FORM
Please summarise in the form below the main data of the wastewater treatment project, such as: flow rate to be treated, pollutants present (if available, please attach analyses) and discharge limits to be respected. We will contact you for a preliminary feasibility assessment.
